Located on US 31, you’re just a few miles from the quaint towns of Harbor Springs or Petoskey along Little Traverse Bay on Lake Michigan. Petoskey’s historic Gaslight District features an assortment of shops, galleries, eateries and lodging, and Petoskey is also home to Northern Michigan Hospital and its staff of 160 specialist physicians and outstanding medical facilities. Traveling north on US 31, the Pellston Regional Airport is only minutes away. And it’s just a short drive further north to the world famous Mackinac Bridge.

Dear Dan,

We first noticed the condominium complex last summer on our way to Petoskey from Mackinaw Island. We were drawn to the beautiful building and how it is situated on the lake. The amenities, the workmanship and the location, just outside Petoskey and only minutes away from Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, skiing and golf; convinced us that this is where we wanted our second home. Overall, we felt it was a great value.

Now we can begin to create great memories for our childern and grandchildren. Dan, thanks again for making the experience so pleasurable.

No matter which direction you travel from The Shores on Crooked Lake , in less than ten minutes you’ll find yourself surrounded by a dozen or more championship golf courses and challenging winter sports areas, including Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob ski resort. Travel by boat from your dock to the Great Lakes via the Inland Waterway.

"The best reason for buying at The Shores is location, location, location. Five minutes to Petoskey and Harbor Springs for great shopping & restaurants and some of the best golf courses in the country. Hiking & biking trails are numerous and boating on the inland waterway from Crooked Lake is fantastic.

The quality of construction at The Shores is second to none. Walking in the fron tdoor you see the fantastic "great room" and a terrific veiw of Crooked Lake. With 350' of frontage it gives everyone plenty of room to do your own thing.

The season in Michigan is a lot longer than the competition in Florida & California want you to believe. I would say May thru November plus you don't have to worry about the hurricanes in FL and the earthquakes, fires and mud slides in CA. If you like to ski, add a few more months.
